Butchers Club Guide Provides Spring Inspiration

24 April 2017

The latest edition of Butchers Club puts the spotlight on Beef Week and Spring Lamb.

Taking place at the end of April, Beef Week, will be celebrated with events and activities around the country, run in conjunction with charity partner, the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (R.A.B.I.). This year the focus for the Week is to encourage people to support hard working beef farmers by celebrating the best of seasonal produce by cooking a delicious beef Mini Roast alongside fresh, seasonal vegetables and potatoes. Mini Roasts are simple to prepare, quick to cook and carve, making them ideal for midweek. Butchers Club features cutting specifications for a range of mini joints.

Butchers Club also showcases fantastic Spring lamb, which can be used to provide a great range of cuts for a whole host of meal occasions. A selection of these cuts are featured in the special guide.
