New winter edition of ‘The Link’ is now availableThe new winter edition of ‘The Link’ is now available to view online. The quarterly newsletter is aimed at members of the EBLEX Quality Standard Mark Scheme supply chain and provides a useful update on EBLEX activity.

The winter edition takes a look at the Meat Purchasing Guide App upgrade, the new Beef Yield Guide and the new Edition 6 of the Meat Purchasing Guide, with details of how to order a copy.

‘The Link’ also provides useful information about EBLEX’s stand at Food & Drink Expo later this month, plus important diary dates for exporters.
